Had the pleasure of meeting Steve when dropping a vehicle off to be serviced. Very nice and extremely professional. The issue we were experiencing was diagnosed and resolved the next day along with an inspection and oil change. Professional and personable team, outstanding pricing and an all around good experience. I don't look forward to any unexpected automobile issues, but I'll rest much easier knowing that their shop is right down the road.
My daughters car recently had a new front subframe installed at a local Hamburg Dodge dealer ... While getting an oil change and tire rotation at Steves Auto they called us to inform us that her power steering lines had not been properly mounted and had been dangling .... And her alignment was not adjusted right... no telling what could of happened very thankful to the staff at Steves Auto !! We have always gone to Steves Auto and this is one of the many reasons why ! Always Excellent care!! Many thanks !

True Honest Mechanic :-) Will only do work that is needed. Will show old parts and explain what they do. Takes time with customers. Will always advise on repairs above and beyond the estimate.
