They were very quick to respond, gave us a quote over the phone that was much better than the famous competitor we'd called before them. They set up an appointment right away, showed up on time and replaced the windshield right in our driveway. They were honest, polite and prompt. We've had the windsheild for months now without any issues. We've recommended them to others who are are also happy with their service and product. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again if we need another replacement.
I was easily able to schedule my windshield replacement over the phone and got the car in right away. The owner went out of his way to get me back in my car asap. The new windshield looks great!
Absolutely STELLAR experience, we are based in Milford and were so happy to be referred to him by a neighbor. Excellent customer service, timely/responsive, the quality of work is superb. Steve did an absolutely fantastic job replacing the windshield on our VW 2012 GTI that we were preparing to sell to a dealer. It was quick, absolutely awesome for the price and just all around WOW. Amazing, I'm so happy! Windshield replacement on a 2021 Alfa, they were also able to recalibrate the Windshield too!(sensors) I will definitely use Steve's again
