My 16 year old grandson was in a wreck and so the conway police dept. called this company to tow it. Ok, so that's what happens when you wreck a car and you can only afford liability insurance on a 16 year old. That was not the issue. The police, and the tow driver did what they were supposed to do. However, when you go in to talk to the people in the shop you are treated with aggression, rudeness, and general hostility.
