Best shop in town. I wouldn't take my vehicles to any other shop. Great experience from beginning to end. Would recommend to anyone!
I took my truck to Steve's Body shop because he advertised that he was the best in town and that he would help with deductibles. My truck had scratches on the bed and he said he would have to paint the whole side of the truck. He painted the side of truck and it had a place in the paint that looked like a checker board. When I showed it to him, he acted like he couldn't see it and then agreed to paint it again. He painted it again and there was a run in the paint and the paint had dirt in it. STEVE IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! I would not trust this man to work on anything let alone a vehicle worth thousands of dollars. He is extremely disrespectful to the point of incessant screaming of vulgar language and profane names no matter now nice you are in return. This man is absolutely terrible. There is also no way to work with anyone BUT Steve as he insists that "This is Steve's Body Shop? Well I'm Steve so youll be working with me." DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN WITH YOUR MONEY OR YOUR CAR. I met with Steve Keen of Steve's Auto Body and Paint in Henderson, KY and contracted his services to paint my 1993 Chevrolet 2500. The arrangement was that I provide him with a $600 security deposit (towards a total of $4,000) and my truck parts and he would paint the truck parts with in 2 months, at the end of the 2 months I would bring him the truck's chassis and he would mount all the parts back on the truck. I took my wife car here to be repaired by Steve and his careless crew. First off I was quoted 1108 for the passenger side door repair and side mirror replaced. I was told it would be done in 5 days. Well I finally got the call that it was done 2 weeks later. When I arrived at Steve's the passenger side of the car was fixed but the busted mirror had been glued back on still broken!
