These people broke my car while it was in their care. I eventually fixed it and it was a simple fix. But when I mentioned that to them I was banned from ever coming back there. All I did was say hey you gave me my car back and now it's running like this. They didn't even bother to check. It was like they knew they did something wrong but didn't want to take any responsibility for it. I wasn't even asking that they pay for any kind of damage.
