Steve was super helpful on the phone and saved me from an unnecessary service call. High integrity.
Obviously can pick and choose your customers. But didn’t give any good explanation as to why he couldn’t service us . Feeling of being totally disregarded.

Very prompt and honest. Steve helped me even though nothing could be done for my refrigerator. Refreshing to have an honest and professional gentleman convey sad news, but educated me in the "how to buy a refrigerator"....gratefully aware!
