Seriously does not even deserve one star, they have terrible costumer service, he came out and stormed through my elderly grandmothers apartment. He then yelled at her because the washer he was supposed to fix was not moved out of the laundry room, stormed out of the house and slammed the door then sped away. His attitude was disgusting, and when we called the office to complain the woman at the desk had a terrible attitude and was yelling at us through the phone while trying to defend his actions.
Horrible customer service. Steve was very unprofessional, lazy, and if it wasn't a quick fix he won't fix it. He likes to get the money for the service call, band aid the problem, and then you get stuck with more costly repair bills a short time later. Save yourself the time and money and go with a real company. I will be contacting the BBB.
