He's helped us twice, and is kind and professional. Did a great job!
I called Steve for a Samsung dryer repair. He did not find the problem. One of the first things to check according to the internet and a Samsung tech -- is the moisture sensors. He did not check that. Instead he pulled out the lint filter and asked me if I open the filter to clean it or pull the lint out of the sides. Seriously??
