I called Steve for a Samsung dryer repair. He did not find the problem. One of the first things to check according to the internet and a Samsung tech -- is the moisture sensors. He did not check that. Instead he pulled out the lint filter and asked me if I open the filter to clean it or pull the lint out of the sides. Seriously?? Amazing service
Super cool guy. Got us what we needed on a saturday. And had a super good chat with him. Will definetly frequent steve and send him all the customers we can.
Did not reply. Looking through other ratings, it seems he may be retired. Well then, list that online so people don't waste time.
