We brought our 65 mustang to get the carburetor fixed and have the car shut off when you turn the key. We too the mustang back 3 other times because it was not running right .I took it for a test drive and turn the key off and the engine was still running. I told the owner he didn't believe me so he drove it with me sure as shit the car didn't turn off for him neither.
