I am giving these guys DOUBLE stars! Since I came to Florida, I have never used anyone but Steve’s to service my old unit which they kept alive for many years beyond its time. They are incredibly honest and they never tried to upsell me on a new unit and they kept that unit running until I called them and said it’s time. After having ongoing cooling problems, and after dealing with multiple companies over 25 years, I happened upon Steve's AC and Heating. On the first visit tech Ernie found what the problem was within the first 15 minutes. He returned with tech Justin and within 30 minutes the problem was solved. I immediately felt a marked improvement in the cooling and the cost of the service was very reasonable.
