Steve is my brother and family can be tough and critical. When my downtown Chicago high-rise condo needed a touch up due to building swaying and cracking paint, Steve knew exactly what to do. He sanded the old cracked paint and use brushless techniques to make the touch up flawless. I was impressed at how he covered and taped everything to make sure he didn’t damage any of my paintings and expensive furniture. Unprofessional...that’s all I got to say. This guy came into our home and started yelling at us, very disrespectful and basically called us liars.
It seems to me my business is needed. I can understand how busy a small business can get but I don't understand is how unprofessional some can be. Not even the decency to call when an appointment for an estimate was not made... basically blew us off.
