AVOID AT ALL COST! Con artist, thief and crook! Paid for project in advance and had owner sign contract agreement. After 1 1/2 years of my vehicle sitting at his shop and countless excuses as to why no progress had been made, I removed vehicle and had refund contract signed by owner.
