Steve and his team have always gone above and beyond for us. Scheduling is quickly in the hot summer months when our AC would decide to be stupid, excellent communication on parts and pricing, Steve moved our thermostat over as it wasn’t installed over the wall stud. He said he didn’t like it through the drywall and it was only adhered with one mechanical fastener instead of two fasteners making the thermostat easy to be pulled from the wall. StevenSons is a tremendous company out of Rowlett. I have used them basically since I have lived in Rowlett since 2008. They installed an AC unit at a high quality. They have continued to give outstanding customer service. I truly do appreciate everyone at this tremendous company! I highly recommend them!!!!

Steve Crouse, owner of Stevensons Heating, A/C & Appliance Repair company and his team replaced both the A/C and heater systems in 2006. They installed a solar vent on the roof, added intake/exhaust vents and ducts + other miscellaneous tasks. Since 2006 this team has provided the bi-annual review/maintenance of the systems.
