Wasted 3 weeks trying to get this guy to come out and lay vinyl sheet flooring for my Mom’s kitchen. He was supposed to call me back the first week, never did, so I called him back. Then he DID come out the following Monday and took measurements and my email address and said he would email me an estimate. I waited ANOTHER week and emailed them about the getting the quote. He replied that he’ll have it on Friday. Waited another week and no response. I emailed them and told them I am hiring someone else.
In good faith we paid Jackie half the money in advance when he ask for it, he then disappeared and never showed back up to finish the job, he won’t respond to us at all and has left us scrambling to find someone else to finish the job. I would not recommend him to anyone he is a crook.
Was very responsive, arrived on time and did quality work. I would highly recommend his services.
