The technician that arrived was professional, clean (seriously, he liked wiping everything down to make it look really good!), polite and very friendly. I was able to get someone in sooner than later out of fear of an electrical fire and they were accommodating! My service required replacing an AC smoke detector and, as it turns out, after some troubleshooting, my Ring doorbell's wiring was left close enough together by the tech that had installed it that they eventually shorted. Jorge was amazing!! He did everything exactly how we needed it done! Stayed very busy all day during the intense heat. Kept us informed about his progress and and left the job site as he found it.
