I purchased a lot from this store. All kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. The first delivery, they backed into my car. I had to go get an estimate and spend time getting the car fixed. The washer and dryer was delivered a day after it was promised and they wouldn’t even hook it up even though I paid the $100 delivery fee. If it had been delivered on time, my contractor could had hooked it up. Just not the type of experience I expected from a local long time business in Crawfordsville.

Drove an hour to get a product shown on their website as in stock only to be told they don't have it in stock. Blamed it on Ace hardware corporate updates. Garbage.

If you can't keep your website up to dat to accurately reflect in store inventory, you shouldn't have one. Drove an hour only to be told " we put those in the warehouse" web site says one in stock.

Upon entering the store I saw 4 different employees while searching for a particular product . None of them asked if they could help me. One of them followed me from one end to the other and even acknowledged that she was following me. I left and went to a competitor across the street. Upon entering I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding something. When I checked out an employee followed me out and placed my purchase in my pickup . I now have an Ace gift card that is absolutely worthless to me.
