My husband and I were in the market for a new washer today. We heard a lot of good things about this store so we thought we would give it a shot. Boy were we wrong. We had cash in hand to buy a new whirlpool washer and the salesman Jason refused to sell it to us because we weren’t buying the set. Mind you , the washer we wanted was being sold seperately , not as a set. . He left us waiting for 30 minutes just for him to refuse to sell it. So we took our money and business elsewhere. We will not be returning.
Called about a repo shed, the day it was put on the lot came in the store that very same day, nobody was available, Left my number with numerous employees, was very interested in it. Called the days and times they told me to call to talk to said person. He was never available. Well long story short the shed is gone and I never got a call back or a simple it’s spoken for. So after three weeks of trying to get that shed it’s gone I’m leaving a review. Very poor customer service and very poor communication
Very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff who made us feel like friends, not just customers. Out-of-town visitors to their seeking to resolve a somewhat stressful situation, the entire staff was amazingly helpful and helped us resolve our issue very quickly and to our full satisfaction. Definitely will visit this Ace location when in their vicinity for any item or issue they may handle! Really is the place with the helpful (and friendly) hardware folks!
Definitely not the place to rent a U haul.
They have all of your hardware needs & MORE! Love this specific store!
