Normally out of certain things and not stocking back up for months. I called today to ask about their stihl chainsaws and if they got them in stock yet. Mind you its been a couple months. The person said we have a 311 stihl. I said I want a 291 or 391. He said you would have to come in and order one and wait for the shipment. I said how long is that. Umm not to sure. If you call, someone might answer but they are quick to put you on hold or pass you off to someone who will never answer, and I would highly recommend not to take anything in for their mower or small engine repair, month later sorta fixed then they don't know how to fix it after, what a joke! This place has grown in bad ways just to make more money shame shame.
I got magnolia farm paint from here. When I had to get a second gallon and used it, I didn't notice till I was done, the color was off. You couldn't tell until the sun hit it then it stuck out like a sore thumb. I had to get one more gallon of it and they were out of the base and said it would take a week to get it! Asked them to make the color in another brand base and they refused! Went to home depot and they mixed it up no problem for a fraction of the price and we're delightful.
