Well kept grounds, quiet community, staff is friendly. Units are all clean, most residents have refurbished or remodeled older units. Additional security cameras are being installed which is nice, infrastructure is starting to be updated and modernized, lawn and gardens are well kept by the grounds crew, trash pickup every other day right from your door, and the location is great, everything you need is a short few minute drive away with easy access to the beltway.
