Very happy with the whole team! When we contacted them they were very responsive and knowledgeable about the whole process! The price was comparable with other estimates that we received. T The staff at Stevenson was very professional and organized. Our pool is beautiful as well!
We contacted Stevenson Pools a year ago and we were impress as to how quickly they came out. The sales guy was exceptional, he gave us detailed information on pool construction and make us belive that they are the best out there. We had contacted another pool company prior to Stevenson but we were so impress with the sales guy that we decided to use them instead. Well this was the greatest mistake in my life. Most expensive lesson I’ve ever had to learn. My pool was supposed to have started fall 2020 ... every week it got pushed out. Finally, March 2021, it started off well (work almost every day for a month) and April 2021, it came to a screeching halt. It’s been 13 weeks since the start, and every time we’ve called, we get you are on the list or two more weeks. So far, two weeks has turned into two months. I highly recommend Stevenson Pools! My pool was completely green, full of algae. I tried to kill it off myself but was unable to.I spent over $100 at Walmart on chemicals, vacuumed, backwashes the filter, nothing worked. Thanks to Kevin Greenwell (owner of Stevenson Pools), my pool is completely clear, swimmable, and enjoyable! Kevin personally sent his son to my house three days in a row, helping to treat and clear up the pool. I learned many tips and things I was previously doing wrong.
