On Friday March 13th during a storm I rolled into Stevenson's Napa Auto parts store with "sloppy" windshield wiper blades . They had Rainex windshield wiper blades on sale and Trish Leal looked up what size my vehicle needed. I purchased them and then she came outside in the storm and showed me how to put them on! Terrific service! I am grateful we have a Napa Auto parts store in Skamania county! I drove home safely in style 🩷
Needed a specific lug key adaptor to remove a flat tire and the lady working the counter had me squared away in no time. Both of the staff there were very friendly and I had nice little chat with both while making my purchase. 10/10, would visit again if in the area for any car part/tool needs.
Very friendly and convenient, i had a car jump off a trailer on the side of hwy 14 toby on his way home after work pulled over and helped get it back on the trailer took a couple hours He didnt know me from Adam.. i wont shop anywhere else for my car
Car cover that I bought does NOT protect from water. I specifically asked for a cover that will not allow water to get to the car. The man had to order one out of the Dalles. When I opened it, the strap that was supposed to be included was not there. Also, the cover did not keep the water out. It doesn't work! I certainly hope they take it back or they will be sued!!!!! Worthless
