Plumbing problems are never fun, but we appreciated how Stevenson Mechanical handled the replacement of our sump pump --from booking the appointment to the on-time arrival of our plumber and his friendly, competent service (which included persevering through some unexpected issues). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY US! 4 weeks ago, our hot water and air conditioning quit working on the same day! I called and spoke with the AMAZING Denise, she had Alex out at our shop within the day and he had everything diagnosed and parts ordered, not long after the first appointment, he had our hot water back in working order and then our A/C was repaired after that! Called just before noon, on a Friday, at 1:40 plumber arrived and fixed problem in 15 minutes. Very nice young man. I will be calling back soon for some quotes on other needs. Thank you so much to the receptionist for reaching out to staff and arranging such prompt service. Today had old gas fireplace removed. Yet again outstanding service, owner came to assist very quickly. Answered all my questions. Thanks guys.
