After looking at the invoice, I noticed an additional "Miscellaneous A+ Service Charge" for $27.70 on the last page. What the heck was that for? The cup of coffee while I waited for the car to be worked on? Was the charge a flat rate or is it based on the amount of work performed? If it was based on labor time, then it increased by roughly $12.50 an hour for the two hours I was there.
Steve was amazing as always. I trust him with my vehicle whole heartedly. See you guys next service!
