Derrick was very helpful and informative. Toyota-Jacksonville’s service is always top notch and puts the customer first.
I’ve been coming here for years, I love Stevenson Toyota and my Prius. Been a loyal customer for years!! My appointment was at 7:45a. I was 10 minutes late. The service tech’s sarcasm was a little too much for me that early in the morning, but we were able to circle back around to a professional verbal exchange during the service and after.
Not the best service I’ve ever received from Stevenson-Hendrick Toyota. A one hour service job took two hours including 30 of my vehicle sitting in the pickup line waiting for my advisor to notify me. On top of that, the technician didn’t turn off my service light so I have to go back tomorrow. This was definitely a 4pm on Friday service job.
