Upon arrival I was met by Derrick, who quickly got me checked in and took the time to go through my vehicle’s maintenance history to see what services my Tundra needed. After the technical inspection Derrick explained the additional services that were highly recommended for safety reasons. He was very professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Kudos to Derrick.
Derrick was a fantastic service advisor. He was prompt in relaying information about my vehicle and oil change was completed in a timely manner.
I had scheduled a service appointment for a recall on my vehicle, getting the appointment was smooth and easy. I did however, have a strange encounter when I pulled up with my car around 7:45 am, the service representative approached the window and after I said “Hi!
