Chris was very nice in helping me with the recall on my 2017 Toyota Carolla white paint. My car was in very bad shape with the paint peeling because of defective primer. I was so happy when I picked up my car, it was like looking at a new car. I would have given a 5 star but I know more paint will fall off and this is it for fixing it. But my baby has a few years of new life. Thank you!
I brought my truck in for the 5000mile service. (Tire rotation and multi point inspection) my time at the dealership and interaction with the staff members was pleasant. The issue is after I got home from the dealership I noticed that 2 of my rims had scratches in the lug nut slots and a couple of the lug nuts had slight damage to them. I understand that I should have done a better look before I left the dealership.
