As usual, quality maintenance service by the mechanics and great customer service by the service rep's. Lily was extremely helpful greeting and checking me in upon arrival, and Nicholas Rayner provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process.
I had a great experience with the service department at Toyota of Jacksonville, NC. I came in for an alignment and to have two tires mounted and balanced, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Steve and Jeremy did an excellent job and made the whole process smooth. I appreciate their attention to detail and friendly service. Highly recommend!
