Always add items to quotes that were not asked for like LoJack and extended warranty even after we asked for the price of the car at the the approved finance rate. Can't stand there sales practices.

Be weary of their “recommended” fuel, transmission and break fluid services. They told me they were recommended every 30k miles for my Prius when no other dealership has said they recommended anything like that my previous 120K miles of service. Oh and by the way, that’s $600+ extra dollars of “recommended” service if you take their word for it. It took 4.5 hours from the time I dropped it off at my appointment time to have the car was ready, and the glove compartment was still off, on passenger side floor… they had forgotte... read more
