Had to book an emergency stay here due to hazardous driving conditions. What a relief to arrive to a warm welcome from Steven. In no time we went from white-knuckling it on the roads to sitting fireside with wine and snacks. The continental breakfast was beyond expectations. This is the kind of individualized attention you can only get from an independently owned business who cares about their guests. We'll be back.

If you want to step back in time, unwind and just get back to the simple times in life. This is the place to find that peace. The owners really care about your experience and try very hard to cater to your needs. I spent hours looking at the rich history of the place. From photos, to biographies, it's all over the walls. I would highly recommend staying at Stevenson Inn & Spa. The owners are very nice and lovely to chat to. They will go out of their way to accomodate their guests. They found me a space where I could practice music without disturbing other guests. On the last day they cooked our group a nice breakfast, and remembered that I was vegan and made a special meal for me. The bar is well-stocked, and the fireplace makes for a cozy atmosphere. I will definitely stay there of I am in the area again.
