Losing a pet is one of the hardest things I’ve had to go through, but Dr. Bonnie somehow made it even more unbearable. The complete lack of bedside manner was inescapable as Dr. Bonnie proceeded to make jokes about the situation, and how she “gets a kick” out of the different reactions dogs have to anesthesia, despite my sobs and pleas as I held my dying dog. Highly unprofessional, lack of empathy and consideration for her clients
READ BEFORE HIRING. Bonnie was hired on 7-31-25 to put our dog to rest in our home. After being 10 minutes late we started to call and got no response. Over the next 35 minutes we called 13 times her cell phone and work number and never got a response. She never called to notify us she would be late. She then showed up with no excuse or sympathy and proceeded to give our dog a sedative. Dr Bonnie is so awesome and the community is lucky to have such an asset.. She's put down three dogs for me at home in their beds and a loving environment which is priceless to me.. She comes right to the house to treat my animals she's loving caring compassionate knowledgeable punctual and super affordable I highly highly recommend her services.. She's the first vet we call when we have a problem
