Exceptional Kirsten is an exceptional move manager. I was very pleased to work with her and she made our experience very smooth. Anytime we encountered a bump in the road, she worked very quickly to resolve those issues and went the extra mile to help us with a damaged good during our move.
Exceeded our expectations As always the Steven Company exceeded our expectations. The packers and movers were friendly and made the entire (normally stressful) situation completely stress free. Moving is hard enough. From the beginning of the move with our consultant to the packers and movers, everyone was so nice and pleasant. It really makes a difference!
Good at communicating Both Stevens and the movers on the ground in Hicksville (Newtown) were very good at communicating quickly and efficiently answering any questions that arose and checking in frequently to make sure everything was going smoothly.

Awesome crew! Awesome crew! Our packing crew was great, they were nice sweet and polite. when we got our stuff they were very helpful and made sure everything was delivered they did a great job I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a safe and secure move.
I felt very informed I felt very informed during the entire process. All my questions answered quickly and was able to schedule to meet my families needs. Everything was packed very well and the crew was extremely professional, friendly, hard working and efficient.
Excellent moving crew! Excellent moving crew! Friendly, efficient and courteous. Wow! Nothing broken after 14 days on a truck and cross-country move. My mom has a cabinet of very special items passed from generation to generation. When it came to packing those items they were nestled in paper, a box, more paper, another box. All perfect when unpacked.

Professional Driver kept in contact with the arrival time. He and the mover were very professional and helpful. The delivery process was very organized and efficient as we had multiple stops. By far the best move I have ever had. I will not only be using Stevens in the future but I have referred them multiple times already. I'm am highly satisfied with every aspect of the move.
