We booked W. A. Stevens to put in a concrete slab for a patio in our backyard. They agreed to show up at 0800 this morning, and proceeded to no call-no show. We then attempted to call them to see what happened, and no one answered. We ended up hiring another company which will delay us by months. Extremely unprofessional way of doing business.
Called to talk to someone about doing some residential remodeling and was told they do not do it. Misleading website.
W. A. Stevens replaced our sidewalks several years ago and they still look fantastic. It's not surprising though considering John Pauley has practically built half of Springfield. We would definitely call them again!
