Out of the hundreds of people that work in the building and answer phones, only a few are helpful. It’s bad when then are pushing out over 20 new grad drivers a week and most of them feel like they are losing the battle because most people who answer the phones treat the grad drivers like their phone call is an inconvenience.
Steven’s transport your drivers need to be trained. They are not professional drivers other drivers trying to help them back into a spot. They start cussing at you even when all you’re trying to do is help. Steven’s transport these drivers need to be retrained. I called you safely department to let them know about these driver and I was getting yelled at so I hung up. Trying to help you guys out. Horrible company that will do everything in their power to ruin your life/career. Started off my trucking career with this company and I deeply regret it. They flooded my DAC report with a ton of lies. Made it very difficult to find a job elsewhere in the trucking industry. They don't care about their drivers whatsoever. If you get you CDL through their CDL/trucking school(which I did) they feel as though you owe them loyalty for the rest of your trucking career. One of your drivers took off the nose of my truck at a truck stop in desert palms california leaving me stranded for a little while. But I'm still alive and will survive even if I paid my own way home with the purchase of a rental car. Returning to work doing recoveries, yard moves shag and shuttle until I receive another truck. I bet that young man never experienced that obstacle in life.
