Made me prepay $250 for service they promised to do the next day they never showed up never called. These guy will leave you hanging when you need them. They are not trust worthy.

They had a hold back earlier due to mechanical error, But when they arrived and drained my septic tank they made sure that it was doing what it was suppose to do! Their Service I am Very Pleased with. Considering the fact that they had to educate me on where the Tank was! But, They got the Job done and Complete, Very Satisfied with the Result's 2 days without Plumbing is not Good, But being back in Service I'm Happy! Thanks

Hopefully I can leave a ZERO this is the Worst company I’ve ever dealt with, they lie, once they got my $700 I received no callbacks or text, no updates and now tank is full again and still not fixed, I had to call another company to get the job completed and have tank pumped again I called several Septic companies Stevens was the 1st that said they pump but also fix effluent pumps, but charge more, truth be told they don’t work on pumps either. .They did show up to pump clean tanks and said they’d be back later the same ev... read more

Called them in the morning to come by that afternoon, said they would be there between 12-1. Showed up at 12:15. Very polite, fast working, and professional. Would recommend and use again.

Do not use stevens septic called him said he would come out But NEVER showed up been calling for a week now he wont answer the phone ....last time we spoke to him he said your next ill be there soon STILL NO SHOW....

Do not use Stevens Septic Services!!! We used them for an emergency call on 7/30/15. About half way through the process Mr. Stevens gave us the price of $275 and I paid him. As they were finishing one of the workers came over and said that will be $310. I informed him that I had already paid Mr. Stevens what he quoted me. They told me they had emptied my 1000 gallon tank and left. I had asked them to leave the septic tank uncovered for my plumber who was coming on 8/3 to work on the tank. Amazing! Service was excellent and the men who came out were both honest and considerate. They even put up with my questions about how the system works without hesitation. I wish that they provided other services...i would use them for everything!!!
