No Call No Show on our appointment! I had good hopes!
Our refrigerator died on Easter Sunday as we were getting ready to go on a month plus meander across country. I called steven on Monday morning and he was there by Monday afternoon to diagnosis the issue and work with Lippert to get the main circuit board replaced. He was able to come back the day after the new boRd was delivered to replace it and fix a few other items we found. He has a great attention to detail and ability to problem solve.
