Update: I wouldnt trust the sales team. Lied to me about my warranty, have called repeatedly and was told they would get back to me still nothing. Everyone was nice but the process was so painfully slow. After calling and calling and waiting 3 days to pick up my new truck it still wasn't even cleaned. And the constant push to get me to buy extra packages was a little much when i practically had to beg them to send a purchase contract.
Well, for starters, I appreciate doll automotive Stevens point Wisconsin for bringing and delivering the car directly to my door. I appreciate that very much service all in all was awesome. However, there’s a few hiccups one when I receive the car and I took it for a test drive I noticed it pulls to the left not a big deal Then I was looking at the front tires and the front tires. Jeff our sales guy was great to work with, easy going, friendly, low pressure. Business office was a bit assertive on selling the extended warranty and other products. We had declined the warranty and associated services multiple times during the experience said we were not interested, he said by law he needed to offer again before we could sign. The process was not very efficient. We were doing a simple lease buyout but the process took over 2.5 hours over the course of two separate appointments.
Service department had been good to me. Communication before and during appointments couldn't be any better. As dealership service experiences go Dahl Honda Stevens Point is top notch.
