Went in to look at trucks. Starting from ground zero. No real preference on the motor or trim package other than i wasn't interested in a hybrid. The salesman sniggered and gauffed at me repeatedly because I wasn't sure what engine or trim level I was interested. The salesman was 100% wrong on how the hybrid drive actually worked when describing. Ended up leaving and driving up to Wausau Kocourek Ford. Bought a truck yesterday. Really great no nonsense people. They always skip the bargaining and go straight for market value when it comes to vehicles with fair trade and options. I remember I bought a used Subaru here and shortly after getting it I had to take it in for service and they ran the diagnostics for free to find out it was a small emission leak. Highly recommend for honest workers and business.
Charged me 200$ for doing nothing to my car. I knew what the check engine light code was and that’s the only thing they figured out. They kept my car for longer than needed and tried to sell me stuff that I didn’t want. Be careful bringing you car here.
They charge $125 an hour for labor, and it’s been 2 weeks since I brought the truck in for a simple part replacement. Called today and they said it’ll be another week at least, and when I said what am I supposed to without a truck they said “go find one”hilarious.
Would not recommend buying a vehicle or getting your vehicle serviced by this company. It was a messing and confusing process to first of all buy my vehicle. To even get my vehicle looked at by them costs over $100 for it to even be looked at and that doesn’t even over any of the costs what’s wrong with the vehicle.
