Wi-fi didn't work. Requested a double queen room and got 1 queen & 1 full...beds were old & misshapen...horribly uncomfortable! Cigarette burns in the bed & room smelled like smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. No toilet paper in the room & couldn't find any employees to get more, only a sign on the office that asked us NOT to ring the bell for service.
