trying to make it a better place
I don't usually leave reviews, but people are not being fair with this complex. I am guessing this is the same group that is always causing trouble. These apartments are extremely reasonable for being in Oregon, especially in Happy Valley, OR. These are older apartments, we've lived here just over a year. The maintenance guy is great, always kind and helpful. He is trying his best to keep everything going by himself.
