Have a 2016 Newmar Dutchstar and the oasis hot water system faulted. I had the part needed to fix it and he came out and after confirming what the problem was and figuring out how to get to it he replaced it and we now have hot water! He also tightened up a mirror on my coach, addressed an issue with my kitchen faucet and helped us figure out our sleep number mattress. He nice and obviously very helpful!
Had to get my AC installed, I had the unit and called everywhere to get it put in and everywhere was booked way out and very expensive, and nobody ever called me back! Steven called back quickly and came out the next day and did very good work. Highly recommend

Steven is great person to call if you need work done to your RV/Travel Trailer. He keeps you informed and has a great knowledge, professionalism, qualified, and customer minded. (Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Roof, etc.... He does it all!)
