I have no complaints about steven. We had purchased our 2019 keystone cougar about 4 months ago. When we moved to Conroe we had a whole slough of problems take place. We reached out to others before we found steven and everyone was charging outrageous prices as well as being very rude. Steven showed up diagnosed every problem we had. Changed our tires, fixed our slide out floor that had water damage , fixed our ac that was installed by someone else and even noticed little things that needed to be fixed that we had no clue ab... read more
I have attempted to contact Steven multiple times over a six-week period regarding warranty work needed on my RV, which was estimated at several thousand dollars. Communication has been extremely poor throughout this process. While he initially indicated he would handle the warranty claim, and later informed me of an illness that caused delays, he has since become completely unresponsive. The only reason I give Steven a 1 was because he seemed friendly. However, he doesn't know repairs on generators. He assured me he could get my generator running. I had purchased a transfer switch and he installed but it wasn't the transfer switch. Unfortunately, he bolted down and was no longer able to return. He promised he would research and get back with me foor which he failed to do. After 4 months of trying to contact him he finally answered the phone. Then he relayed he couldn't repair but suggested to contact his fri... read more
