He's a thief. I hate to make such an accusation, but I paid him over $300 to replace the AC and cap my bottom drains (that I ended up paying a different RV tech to replace, because all the internals were just crammed in). He said that he would sell the 3 year old ac and split the cost. He sold it and ghosted me. He was a nice guy, but that is how people are taken advantage of. I've tried to get in contact with you several different ways and numerous times, If you dont call, text or get in contact with me for the damages done to my trailer, I will have no other choice but to file charges for damage to property

I have no complaints about steven. We had purchased our 2019 keystone cougar about 4 months ago. When we moved to Conroe we had a whole slough of problems take place. We reached out to others before we found steven and everyone was charging outrageous prices as well as being very rude. Steven showed up diagnosed every problem we had.
