This summer, owner Jeff Stevens of Stevens Landscape Design & Development removed my troublesome, large front lawn area and expertly designed and developed an attractive drought tolerant, drip-irrigated landscape of hand-selected flowering plants, decorative trees, and river rock for my front yard. I love it! It is such a relief to be freed from the worrisome tyranny of trying to maintain a healthy lawn on a hilly slope in clay soil in the dry California sunshine; not to mention the high cost of watering a lot of grass! Jeff designed and Landscaped our front yard in Feb 2025. The design was excellent but what was even better was Jeff’s Plant knowledge. Jeff is very good to work with he listens carefully and advises expertly.

Jeff went out of his way to orchestrate everything for us. He made it an easy and fun experience. We ended up with the garden of our dreams and were so happy with the outcome that we had him come out a year later to do our front yard too. Thanks Jeff!
