We were referred to Rudolph Kuss of Stevens and Kuss by another another attorney to represent us in a real estate matter, where the realtors were at fault and we are out thousands of dollars. I hired Rudy to represent me in a mold case on a contingency fee basis. His moods were incredibly labile, initially being able to fulfill his duties as my attorney, then moving through multiple paralegals and taking his aggression out on me. Rudy identified incorrect witnesses and did not prep me or two witnesses for our depositions.
