Called to see if they had some fractional .999 silver bullion bars/rounds and the lady I spoke with on phone didn't know what it was. Then put me on the phone with another lady who was just as clueless. So she took my name and number and told me I would be called back, but I never was. I posted a comment on one of their posts about what transpired and nobody even apologized for the no return call and they actually deleted my complaint comment on their post. I just want to say, as a small local jeweler store they have been nothing but the best when it came to my engagement ring! It is beautiful! They have been helpful in every way they could have been when it came to my fiancé ordering it, picking it up & again when sizing was needed. I would recommend them again my ring is gorgeous (2+carat pear with begets in a platinum-setting)

Will never shop here again. It is sad the only jewelry store in town is ran by Aaron Stevens. This jewelry store raided by police. James Lock Jewelers was so much better with honest people. These people don’t know what honest means. I will not return
