Great service.
This review is very late but necessary! We rented a luxury Air BnB in La Grange KY and the spa went out. The owner was able to contact Stevens Hot Tub Service - later in the afternoon and not only did they show up as promised they exceeded our expectations. I'm confident this is on the owners list for future needs but man! Sooooo pleased and thank you so much!

Recently had a heater failure on my tubs control board. Steven was able to direct me to the problem over the phone and had the parts to renew my heater and control panel as well as the necessary knowledge i needed to get it fixed and working again! a true asset to owning a hot tub. Employees are equally as knowledgeable and everyone was SO helpful. Steven has a great family business and a wonderful attitude that made me laugh and gave me some extra confidence in my repair!
