Recently had a heater failure on my tubs control board. Steven was able to direct me to the problem over the phone and had the parts to renew my heater and control panel as well as the necessary knowledge i needed to get it fixed and working again! a true asset to owning a hot tub. Employees are equally as knowledgeable and everyone was SO helpful. Steven has a great family business and a wonderful attitude that made me laugh and gave me some extra confidence in my repair! Steven was great I had a unique issue that I called 20+ contractors to fix. No one would. He made a late arrival as the previous customer's issue took longer than he thought it would. Extremely professional and highly recommended.
