Dont be fooled from the fancy exteriors of Stevens construction homes. These houses may appear to be constructed of quality materials but in reality lots of corners were cut. Especially in any area they can hide their shotty sub contractor work behind drywall. For the price & the climate most these houses are constructed with urethane insulation.
