Mediocre This company worked on my property while I was out of state. Although there were challenges with us communicating due to time difference, distance, etc. -- they did pretty good work. The problem I had is that I was not there when the place was inspected. As a result, there were things left not complete or workable. They attended to a couple of them later (reluctantly) but, I had two water leaks, some thresholds stolen, and they didn't feel they should help with things I think they should have looked at. Minkoff Company Incorporated A few years ago our basement flooded and our condo association hired Minkoff Company to do some repairs. The company is very professional, they had many units to do repairs on so they took a little long, but the work product was very good. When we found some problems that we needed fixed on our own bill, they happily did the work and billed us directly.
