We rented with the Stevens Group at The Square in Germantown. Our two and a half years there was truly great. The location was awesome, well maintained and very modern. Our service was above and beyond for the two years we were in Nashville. Patty and Denis were the best landlords, that always went above and beyond for us to ensure we were taken care of. Quick response time and always being helpful made our time at The Sqaure top notch.
Avoid them. They have an attitude like calling about properties is an inconvenience. You just lost 2-3 stores to lease because of this. Congrats
