Very disappointed. It wasn't even one year from original installation the the lower hinge failed and needed to be replaced. Within weeks, hinge had to be replaced again because technician over tightened it. Less than a year later, another failure, same hinge. Replaced. Less than two weeks later, same hinge failure. Employee hung up on me when I expressed my dismay with the fact that they will not replace this hinge that has failed several times. Received a call from the owner, Steve. I have been searching for a shop to repair my back window in my convertible top for almost a year. Every shop I called said they couldn't fix it, I had to spend 3K+ for a whole new top. Steven's did it in under 2 hours and didnt charge me a fortune. Everyone was so nice and I felt like I was visiting friends. The office manager Heather is awesome.
