You should be ashamed of yourself and the way you treated my husband Luis today. He has come to you in the past and loved your work but not enough to allow you to treat him in the way that you did. Your communication skills need some work. I don't care how busy you are, you should never speak to a customer in the way that you did. You have forever lost his business and we will never recommend you.
