Since ******************* left, this practice has taken a nosedive and Ill be taking my business elsewhere. It takes months to get an appointment and when youre on the books, they will cancel your appointment if you dont respond to their texts. Complete incompetence and idiocy. Do yourself a favor and find a practice that knows how to run a business and values you as a patient. Over charges, claims for services that were fully paid by me to the insurance almost 40% more than the actual charges. They refuse to pay me back for the check that ***** had sent to them accidentally and already paid in full .Very rude customer service. in retaliation of me asking questions about their insurance claim sent me a bill for that phone call for $130.
