DONT COME HERE! I brought my car for a standard 15k miles service and ended up paying over $1700 (I know, I'm dumb, and don't know cars). The lady gave 3 suggested packages, of which I picked the minimal one which included lots of unnecessary services that normally wouldn't be done until 50k or later. 2 stars because at least they were polite while scamming me.
My husband and I used to get our car maintenance at a different place (won't name names), but have had a horrible experience to the point of needing to get our car traded in! Thankfully, we've had nothing but quick and pleasant services here at Steven's Creek Mazda. Sean helped me as soon as I arrived at my appointment and explained all of my car's needs and options. No hitches, no problems! Thank you, Sean and Steven's Creek Mazda! Will continue to come here for all of my car needs
