I scheduled my regular maintenance appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and oil filter replacement. When I called ahead, I was quoted a lower price for the service. However, upon arrival, the service advisor gave me a higher estimate and explained that the front desk “doesn’t know all the specifics.” This lack of consistency in pricing was disappointing and could be improved with better communication between staff.
