Great service and clear communication about the maintenance. Car was ready before the estimated time.
I brought my cx- 5 for a check engine light. Yesenia was great and super helpful with all the questions I have from power train warranty to using my extended warranty to get my car fix. Im very thankful for answering all my questions as Im getting stress thinking that I might be paying a lot.
In my opinion based upon my experience, their service department is really scammy. I travel for work. So not too long after we moved here on assignment (with our other Mazda), I bought a rare Miata that supposedly had been serviced here. When I tried to make an appointment for this Miata, I asked them to review the history and see what needed to be done. The service receptionist flat out refused. She said it was confidential.
