I would like to recognize David for providing an excellent service experience. After a frustrating experience at another Hyundai dealership, where I received inconsistent information and unclear expectations, David took the time to explain the process in detail. He clearly explained that the dealership first needed to diagnose the issue, submit the findings to Hyundai, and wait for warranty approval before proceeding. Had Ali as my service advisor and he was great. Before I had even left he verified the parts for my warranty work were in stock and told me it would be a day. 2 hours later I get the call its done, amazing considering another dealer told me 3-5 days after drop-off before they would have time to look at it. Ali kept me informed through the process and didn't push when I didn't want any other services. Walked out the door a happy customer and I will be back!
