They are really short staffed. It takes forever to book a regular service appointment on phone. I was kept on hold for more than 15min and then someone picked just to say ohh sorry wrong person and put me on hold and again did the same wrong person thing after 5 minutes. I hung up after 5 min of that. Why not add a call back when service person is ready? This is 2025!
