I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the Cadillac Stevens Creek Service Department has been extremely disappointing. I initially called to schedule an appointment to fix several issues with my vehicle, including the combination switch, the front A/C, and a noise coming from the driver’s seat. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had to date, and it’s clear they do not care about their customers. I brought my car in with a completely flat tire. I had been refilling it over two days to confirm there were no visible nails or tears. I explained all of this when I arrived and was told they would take a look. The technician removed the tire, couldn’t find the issue, reinflated it, and said it was ready—suggesting it might have been a mounting issue. Very dishonest, I wouldn't recommend anyone spending their hard earned money here.
Great experience for a process that typically is not enjoyable. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. They were efficient and had great communication during the long distance process (and my million questions). Thank you Raj and Mike.
