I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the Cadillac Stevens Creek Service Department has been extremely disappointing. I initially called to schedule an appointment to fix several issues with my vehicle, including the combination switch, the front A/C, and a noise coming from the driver’s seat. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve had to date, and it’s clear they do not care about their customers. I brought my car in with a completely flat tire. I had been refilling it over two days to confirm there were no visible nails or tears. I explained all of this when I arrived and was told they would take a look. The technician removed the tire, couldn’t find the issue, reinflated it, and said it was ready—suggesting it might have been a mounting issue.
