⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Steven’s Creek BMW consistently delivers an excellent customer experience. Kelsey, my service advisor, goes out of her way to keep me informed and make sure my car is thoroughly serviced. Gabriel at the loaner desk is also a pleasure to work with and makes the process smooth. Even though I live closer to another BMW dealership, I continue to come here because I know I’ll always receive outstanding service. Highly recommend!
Loaner car people did not help me. Had to take LYFT (my expense) to get my other car at home.
