Came in for an oil change. The service includes a car wash and I advised them NOT to wash my car as I had just gotten it detailed. When I picked up the car, there was a bunch of water spots on it from the car wash I specifically told them NOT to do. I expressed my disappointment to Adam, my service advisor, and all he said was “I told them not to wash it and wrote it down in the notes”. No apology. Nothing done to make this right. Got first appointment at 830, got there on time for a simple oil change. It was completed 3.5 hours later. Many dealerships have an express oil change service bay. This is a total waste of my time. Never again.
