I don't understand how a help wanted sign can be in your window for over a month. People more than qualified for the job have applied. They have lived in the community 45 years and can't even get a response from an application. I think this town has many issues when hiring people of different race. I think Jefferson needs to realize they aren't as high up on the pedastool as they think they are.
